BOARD CERTIFIED CHIROPRACTIC ORTHOPEDIST: Sounds like a lot of letters after my name, but they were well deserved. The B.S. is a Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of Southern California, in Exercise Science, 1983. The D.C. degree is a Doctor
of Chiropractic degree from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, 1987.These were each 4 year degrees. I then
spent 4 more years as an Orthopedic resident, and after passing rigorous Written and Oral Boards, I became the 1st
Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist in Colorado Springs in 1991. D.A.B.C.O. stands for Diplomate of the American
Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists. After 10 years of service as a "DABCO", the Board voted to elevate my status
to F.A.C.O., which stands for Fellow of the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedists, a distinction given to
less than 1 percent of Chiropractors in the world. I feel very qualified in Chiropractic, and I use the F.A.C.O.
distinction proudly, as it is the HIGHEST HONOR given to any Chiropractor worldwide!
CERTIFIED DIPLOMATE IN ACUPUNCTURE: My Acupuncture training began in Carefree, Arizona under world-reknowned instructor, Dr. John Amaro. In
1995, I became a Certified Acupuncturist by the Colorado State Board and the Colorado Department of Health, after
200 hours of instruction and after passing a 500-question international competency exam. Six years later in 2001, my status
was elevated to Dipl. Med. Ac. (Diplomate in Medical Acupuncture) the highest honor awarded by the International
Academy of Medical Acupuncture (I.A.M.A.). This was based on 30 different types of hands-on acupuncture cases, which
were scrutinized by acupuncturists from 6 different countries before they cumulatively awarded me Diplomate status. It was
the first time anyone had achieved the distinction of Diplomate of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture in
Colorado Springs.

The Cramers' Chiropractic Lifestyle:
All 4 of my kids have had Chiropractic care since they were
little. Once you have discovered the benefits of a Chiropractic lifestyle, it seems odd that people have never experienced
what it's like to be "well adjusted".
Kids benefit the most from spinal adjustments, simply because
they heal so fast. The body has an innate ability to heal itself, given the proper circumstances. Most athletes can't,
or choose not to take drugs for painful injuries. I have been treating children and adolescents like my daughter (the swimmer)
for 20 years.
